Portal privacy notice
This notice explains how DigiZag uses information in the Partners Portal at looker.digizag.com.

Information used by the portal
We use your registered email addresses, partner ID, partner name, and account-manager details from DigiZag’s partner directory to identify your account and determine access. Reports use DigiZag’s business records, including transactions, offers, coupon codes, countries, order status, sales amounts, and payouts.
Google sign-in and profile information
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile photo. We use these to authenticate and identify you. The registered partner directory determines the name and partner IDs shown in a partner account. Staff profile details may also be stored in DigiZag’s team-profile directory. Basic sign-in does not request access to your Gmail inbox. Staff may separately authorize a Google Drive export when using that feature.
Email verification codes
If you request email sign-in, we send a six-digit code through DigiZag’s Google Workspace mailbox, affiliate@digizag.com. Codes expire after ten minutes and can be used once. Verification uses hashed email identifiers and code digests in Upstash Redis, with temporary attempt and rate-limit records that expire after one hour. The portal does not ask you to enter your Google or email-account password.
Who can access information
Partner reports are limited to the partner IDs linked to the signed-in email. Staff access follows DigiZag’s reporting permissions and team assignments. The portal uses Google for authentication, email delivery, and business-source storage; Vercel for hosting; and Upstash for temporary OTP verification storage. These providers process information needed to provide those services.
Cookies and retention
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Partner sessions expire seven days after sign-in; staff sessions may refresh with use. Your language preference is stored in your browser. Temporary OTP records expire as described above. Partner profiles and reporting records are maintained in DigiZag’s business sources; contact us for information about the retention of a particular record.
